Based on the age of your computer and how you reach the Internet, you may make a decision about how you want to take the program:

Here's a way to choose: Is your computer over three years old? Or are you on a dial-up connection to the Internet?
If yes, the Flash audio-visual modules taken on-line may load too slowly, or in pieces. So, you may want to take the course, using the 80 page e-book that includes both the text (a copy of what’s in the audio-visual programs), and the associated exercises. You already have that book. (Option 2 above)
Is your computer is less than three years old? Do you have broadband Internet access?
If yes, taking the programs on-line will probably work fine. (Option 1 above)
